Timothy Hevesy has over 20+ years of financial industry experience and serves as a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator at P1. Tim’s extensive knowledge of the Mortgage and Capital Markets is apparent from the moment you speak with him.  He draws on his expertise to actively communicate with his clients to seek out the most financially beneficial outcome. Tim holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University, where he was a two-sport student-athlete and All-Ivy Football player. Prior to the Mortgage industry, Tim was a Wall Street Trader for Investment Bank Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup and Steve Cohen’s Hedge Funds, SAC Capital and Cubist/Point 72 Asset Management.  Tim currently resides in Arizona after being an East Coaster most of his life. He is a native of Connecticut but also lived in New York City early in his financial career.  Tim and his wife Lisa enjoy watching their 5 kids play sports, many of which he has coached.
